Tavistock to Build $50 Million Bio-Tech Space

Tavistock Group announced that it will build a 100,000-square-foot $50 million wet lab and bio-tech incubator facility in Lake Nona. The facility, which will be located near the University of Central Florida College of Medicine and the Burnham Institute for Medical Research, will house research institutes and private businesses compatible with the institute and UCF. Tavistock expects to complete design of the building this year, with construction to start in 2009. The project is expected to be completed and ready for occupancy in 2010.
